What is an RSS news feed?

RSS (which stands for Really Simple Syndication) is an easy way to receive automatic updates from your chosen websites. Instead of going to a website, the site will send you a message every time there is something new.

You need a News Reader program or a browser that handles News Feeds. Some portal sites have Readers such as Google & Yahoo. All you have to do then is to use your News Reader to subscribe to the RSS content. This displays the latest headlines and content from your chosen websites.
